14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

With Watchbay you have a full 14 day money back guarantee starting with the day you receive your goods.

You are required to inform us in writing / email of your intention to return unwanted goods.

Items must be returned in a New / Original condition, unworn with any guarantees, warranties and instructions, complete with original packaging.

A) We cannot accept returns for any item that has been altered, for example – re-sized, shortened, engraved or changed in any way from its original condition.

B) We cannot accept returns for items that have been specially ordered / designed to your own personal specifications.

C) We cannot accept returns for items such as earrings and body jewellery due to hygiene reasons, unless these items are faulty.

D) Orders can only be sent to address where credit card is billed and a signature will be required.

We advise that you return your item by an insured delivery method, for example via Courier or Special Delivery, as we will not issue a refund for any item lost in transit back to us.

We do not refund the cost of delivery charges, either original or returns, with the exception of items returned due to faults.
